Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed and shipped from our art studio in Italy (Treviso Province), and we deliver within Europe and International to most countries & regions. Please allow us 7 to 14 business days to process your order.

  • Fine Art Prints are shipped within 7 business days.
  • Original Artworks (including Bricks) are shipped within 14 business days.

You will be notified by email to let you know when your order is on the way!

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATE

All orders are shipped using Standard and Express shipping with real-time tracking. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.  If during checkout the shipping option does not show up for your delivery address, please contact us directly so we can arrange a suitable shipping solution for you.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • EU (European Union: All deliveries within the EU are guaranteed free of customs and import duty.

  • INTERNATIONAL (Outside the European Union): For International delivery (outside the EU) the final price at checkout does not include any customs duties and taxes that your destination country may apply upon delivery of your order.
    Boffo Roberta is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied they are obligatory and your responsibility as the customer.

PACKAGING & PROTECTION:

We take extra precautionary measures to ensure adequate protection to the artworks and a secure delivery. Orders are shipped in the following packages:

  • Original Artworks (including Bricks): Corrugated Boxes & Custom Wooden Crates
  • Fine Art Prints: Flat in reinforced corrugated envelopes or Sleeves & Rolled in shipping tubes.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary. Upon delivery, Users should verify the content of the delivery and report anomalies without undue delay, using the contact details provided in this document or as described in the delivery note - with photos evidence of both the product and its original packaging. 

Failed delivery

The WE (Boffo Roberta) cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the User, nor for any damages or delays after handover to any carrier arranged by the User and not offered or recommended by the Owner.

If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the deadline specified, the goods will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action.

Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at the User’s expense.
