The Brick Wall Project

The Brick Wall Project is an ongoing body of small-scale original works by Roberta Boffo, conceived as a modular and evolving artistic project. Each work, referred to as a brick, is a brick-sized original artwork created using ink and pen on paper.

While intimate in scale, each brick is individually developed as a complete work, carrying the same mark-making, symbolic language, and visual intensity found in Roberta Boffo’s larger compositions. When viewed collectively, the bricks form an expanding wall — a growing visual system built through repetition, rhythm, and accumulation.

New bricks are released periodically as the project evolves and are typically offered first to members of Roberta Boffo’s Studio Circle before becoming available to the wider public.
