How long does delivery take?
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be dispatched, however, the majority of orders will be dispatched within a few days. You will receive tracking information the moment your order is dispatched.
How will my print be packaged?
For the UK, EU, items up to 42cm on the long edge (A3 size) are sent flat in an envelope, while anything larger is shipped rolled in a tube.
Are these prints archival?
These prints are presented on acid-free, German Etching paper from Hahnemüle, with guaranteed longevity and minimal color fading. The limited nature of each print enhances its rarity, making it a worthwhile investment in both aesthetics and potential value. These prints are made to honour the integrity of my original work and bring lasting beauty into your space.
What is the policy on returns?
Since my work is made to order, we cannot accept returns unfortunately. However, if your print is damaged in transit or arrives with a defect, we will gladly replace it.
What if my print gets damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that a print is damaged during transit, we will replace it. To facilitate the insurance claim with the shipping service, we will request images and/or video of the damage.
How long will this print be available for?
Until midnight on 9th January 2025. I don’t know if or when this artwork will be available again.
